Mika Abe (あべ 美佳, formerly known as 阿部 美佳, Abe Mika, born 1971) is a Japanese screenwriter and writer. She was born in Obanazawa, Yamagata Prefecture and graduated from Bunkyo University. She is affiliated with Nihofu.

小林大樹(こばやし・だいき)は親の事情で東京から日田に引っ越してきた、目立つのが嫌いな高校１年生。引っ越し初日に出会ったのは、げたダンスチーム“日田下っ駄―ず（げったーず）”。「（なんで、げたでダンス…）」と思いながらも、大樹の目はダンスの上手な美少女・工藤美咲(くどう・みさき)にくぎづけ。そして美咲の強引な誘いでチームに加わることになってしまう。次第に美咲にひかれていく大樹だが、ある日美咲が、水害で被災していたことを知る———。
