UFC Fight Night: Barnett vs. Nelson (also known as UFC Fight Night 75) is a mixed martial arts event held on September 27, 2015 at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. The event is headlined by a heavyweight bout between former UFC Heavyweight champion Josh Barnett and The Ultimate Fighter 10 heavyweight winner Roy Nelson. The featherweight final of Road to UFC: Japan, a new UFC reality series that was held in conjunction with the event, is featured on the card. Gegard Mousasi faced Uriah Hall and Kyoji Horiguchi fought Chico Camus.

The event is expected to be headlined by a Middleweight Championship bout between the current champion Chris Weidman and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida. The bout was originally scheduled to headline UFC 173 on May 24, 2014. However, the bout was delayed after Weidman sustained a knee injury which required a minor surgery.
