Production Supervisor
Inspired by the Stanley Milgram obedience research, this TV movie chronicles a psychology professor's study to determine why people, such as the Nazis, were willing to "just follow orders" and do horrible things to others. Professor Stephen Turner leads students to believe that they are applying increasingly painful electric shocks to other subjects when they fail to perform a task correctly, and is alarmed to see how much pain the students can be convinced to inflict "in the name of science."
Officer
Gus Shilling and Richard Lane are two GIs serving overseas, following WWII, and they get word that their wives, also in the U. S. military service, are missing. Meanwhile, the two wives get the same information about the husband of each. Time passes, and Gus, the widower, meets Richard's wife, the widow, and vice-versa and Gus marries Richard's wife and Richard marries Gus's wife, and all is well until they go on their honeymoons and stay at the same hotel.

Kit Madden is traveling to Hollywood, where her best-selling novel is to be filmed. Aboard the train, she encounters Marines Rusty and Dink, who don't know she is the author of the famous book, and who don't think much of the ideas it proposes. She and Rusty are greatly attracted, but she doesn't know how to deal with his disdain for the book's author.
