急患の通報を受けて同僚と共に現場に向かった救命士のニックは、体内に爆弾が埋め込まれた男を発見。その瞬間、彼の携帯に謎の電話が入り、妻サラを含む大勢の人間の命を狙っていること、そして彼らを救う条件として１２のゲームをクリアすることを告げられる。男の体内にあった爆弾が爆発し、同僚が巻き添えになったことから嘘ではないと悟ったニックは、理由もわからないまま犯人が突きつける無理難題をクリアしてゆく。

After moving into a new neighbourhood, brothers Dane & Lucas and their neighbour Julie discover a bottomless hole in the basement of their home. They find that once the hole is exposed, evil is unleashed.
