On the run from a U.S. Senate investigation, New York mob boss Don Luciano (John Vernon) flees to his Canadian hometown and old flame Dolores (Margot Kidder) in this kooky, disorganized crime caper. Luciano soon discovers his long-lost son and tries to teach him the tricks of the trade. Meanwhile, Luciano's bumbling right-hand man (Albert S.
