住宅メーカー「オーセントホーム」社員の若木陽菜（わかぎ・はるな／堀田真由）は、３年連続トップの成績を収めた営業課から、奥沢塔子（おくざわ・とうこ／鈴木保奈美）が担当役員を務める広報課に異動を命じられる。ある日、広報課の業務として、“森のゴミ拾い”イベントに参加することに。自分が勤める会社が“家を作り、家を売る”こと以外にも、重要な社会的役割があることを知る。それは、「環境保全など、SDGs（Sustainable Development Goals：持続可能な開発目標）を達成するために企業として何ができるのか？」を発信し、実行すること。その矢先、豪雨が発生し、土砂災害などの甚大な被害を報じるニュースに言葉を失う陽菜。実は、幼い頃、豪雨による土砂災害で自宅を失っていた。数日後、“森のゴミ拾い”イベントで環境ジャーナリストと出会う。間伐など適切な森林管理が行われていないことが、土砂災害などの大きな被害を招く一因だと言われ、「間伐さえきちんとすれば、防げる災害があったのでは」と考え始める。そこでひらめいたのが間伐材を再利用した“木のストロー”。だが、技術的に困難である上に、社内、とりわけ塔子から猛反対を受けてしまう。しかし、塔子にも秘めた思いがあり…。「つらい思いを二度と、誰にもしてほしくない」と諦めきれない陽菜。果たして、さまざまな困難をどのように乗り越え、“木のストロー”は実現されていくのか―？

The high school girl is told a dangerous contract that "a person who eats chocolate will be deprived of his" most important thing "as a substitute," but she accepts the contract and eats the chocolate. And from that day, mysterious incidents happened one after another in Seiran Gakuen ... On the other hand, Nao Iida, who belongs to the newspaper club of the school, follows those cases. Story 1 "A Story That Made Akazu no Ma" Sasaki Aya, the site director of a construction shop, visited the hot spring area after being asked to renovate the banquet hall by a long-established inn, was handed a blueprint by the designer Kijima Souji. Although Aya was suspicious, she started construction, but mysterious events happened one after another at the site. While Suzaki Saika (Ashida Mana) is hospitalised for poor health, her father, Tamotsu (Totsugi Shigeyuki) feels torn that he has to leave here and go on a business trip. A portrait of Saika’s late mother is placed beside her bed. Her mother had died in exchange for bringing her into this world. Tamotsu puts a paper with his mobile phone number written on it inside an amulet and hands it to Saika. He asks the nurse Tokunaga Maki (Minamisawa Nao) to keep an eye on Saika, and leaves for his trip. One night, a young girl calls out to a lonely Saika who cannot get to sleep. A long-haired girl in a wheelchair in the old wing befriends Saika and plays with her everyday. However, by the time Saika realises it, she has awaken from her sleep. Was that a dream? When she talks about the girl in the wheelchair, Maki’s expression freezes. What happened at this hospital?
