幻夢コーポレーションにDr.パックマンを名乗る覆面を被った人物が率いる4人の白衣の一団が襲撃し、檀黎斗 / 仮面ライダーゲンムから、ガシャコンバグヴァイザーと4つのプロトガシャットを強奪する。 そしてその集団は警官隊を全滅させ逃走した。 眼魔との死闘を乗り越えて完全に生き返ることが出来た天空寺タケル / 仮面ライダーゴーストは平和な日々を過ごしていたが、突然街に正体不明のゲームウイルス（パックマンウイルス）が出現し、人々を襲う。タケルは月村アカリや山ノ内御成と共に「不可思議現象」の発生を受け、出動する。 そんな中、同じく仮野明日那 / ポッピーピポパポと共にパックマンウイルスの事件を探っていた宝生永夢 / 仮面ライダーエグゼイドとタケルは再会を果たすが、パックマンウイルスに感染した影響でタケルはゴーストドライバーを失う。また、高校生にして大人気ゲーム『ハテサテパズル』を開発した清宮東吾も、パックマンウイルスに感染する。

In the World of Ganma, Chikara Saionji is revived, his spiritual remains entering an empty Ganma Eyecon shell. He soon spots Alain and the Fukami siblings, Makota and Kanon, nearby. Unaware of what has happened since his death, he brings out an old photo of the original Ghost Hunters team, remembering what he is there to do. This story is set after the epilogue of Kamen Rider Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter, which itself is set 2 years after the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider.

Yusuke was a middle school teacher. but he quit his job due to problems with student bullying. After he quit, Yusuke learned that the bullied student committed suicide. Yusuke is now at Hotel Kopan to escape from everything. He keeps to himself and works as an employee at the hotel. The owner of the hotel is Sakuragi who wishes the hotel could return to its glory days during the Nagano Olympics. One day, a flurry of guests arrive at the hotel which makes Sakuragi ecstatic. Sakuragi decides to hold a party and invite the guests at his hotel. One of the guests is the mother of the student who committed suicide. Yusuke is distressed all over again. When the party begins, the guests talk about the problems they have.

手に入れた一休の眼魂を使いこなすことができないタケル。 しかも眼魂を、眼魔に奪われてしまう。 一休魂に変身して眼魔にうち勝つために、タケルは仲間たちと特訓をはじめた・・・。

This is the first of two special DVD episodes of Kamen Rider Ghost. The ghost hunting gang runs into trouble when they get involved in a ganma game show. It features the debut of both the Ikkyu Ghost Eyecon as well as the Pythagoras Ghost Eyecon. It take place between episode 12 and 13 of the Kamen Rider Ghost TV series.

Takashi Hayama is a third year high school student. He falls in love with Azusa Oribe at first sight and they begin to date. One day, Azusa tells Takashi "people who meet me, forget about me several hours later." Takashi doesn't believe Azusa, but by chance he realizes that he forgot about Azusa. So he won't forget Azusa, Takashi begins to leave a note for himself and Azusa.

刺激のない単調な日々を過ごすフリーターの大田ユウガと冷めた視線で物事を捉える荒川エイアは、異様なサバイバルゲームに参加。それは他人を従属させる器具「SCM」を歯の裏に装着して自由な方法で勝負し、勝者は主人に、敗者は奴隷となって、いかなる命令にも従うというものであった。ホスト、OL、牧師、風俗嬢、教師、小学生など、年齢も肩書もバラバラな敵と勝負を進めていく中、ユウガとエイアはSCMにまつわる驚愕の真相を知ることになる。

Airi is a high school student. On the way home from school, Airi is kidnapped by someone. Then, 9 more high school students are all kidnapped like Airi. Those kidnapped students are forced to participate in Jinroh Game, with their lives at stake.
