UFOで飛来したロボットによって地球が支配された近未来。人類は首元に発信装置を埋め込まれ、ロボットにより一歩も外に出れない規制された生活を強いられていた。ある町に住む少年・ショーンは、町を出たまま帰って来ない父親との再会を胸に脱出することを考える。そしてある日、偶然出来上がった装置により埋め込まれた発信装置をショートさせることに成功。彼は友達と規制をかいくぐり、父親に会う為に町を飛びだすが、ロボットによる追っ手が迫ってきていた。
