Andres Heinz

略歴

Andres Heinz is best known for his screenplay The Understudy.  The Understudy is the screenplay that the blockbuster feature film, Black Swan(2011) starring Natalie Portman is based on.  Heinz attended UCLA and NYU film schools where he completed his B.F.A with the highest honors. His thesis film "Ground Level B" was the winner of the 1st Place Mobil Award.   After graduation, Andres became a successful producer. His production career included being a Production Coordinator for the film unit at Saturday Night Live.   Andres went on to direct his first feature, "Origin of the Species" and has since sold several original screenplays.

ニューヨーク・シティ・バレエ団に所属するバレリーナ、ニナは、踊りは完ぺきで優等生のような女性。芸術監督のトーマスは、花形のベスを降板させ、新しい振り付けで新シーズンの「白鳥の湖」公演を行うことを決定する。そしてニナが次のプリマ・バレリーナに抜てきされるが、気品あふれる白鳥は心配ないものの、狡猾で官能的な黒鳥を演じることに不安があり……。
