スネ夫に宇宙旅行のチケットを自慢されたのび太たち。のび太はジャイアンとしずか、そしてスネ夫とともにドラえもんに宇宙旅行を頼みに行く。「本当に宇宙に行けるわけない」と言うドラえもん。かわりに「スタークラッシュゲーム」という最新版の宇宙探検ゲームで遊ぶことになる。 一方そのころ、UFOに乗ってやってきた謎の一行が地球に降り立つ。ジャイアンとスネ夫の2人が「スタークラッシュゲーム」の中で迷子になってしまい、やっとのことでゲームから脱出するとそこはUFOの中だった。既に「スタークラッシュゲーム」を終えていたドラえもん、のび太、しずかの3人はすぐに2人を探しに行くのだった。

The dog seems to be in love with her owner to the point of obsession, but his dream of getting with the girl is thwarted over and over again by everyone and everything around him, including his very uninterested owner.
