This was for Jinto to govern the Hyde System, which returned to imperial rule after the Union retreated, officially as an Earl. However, the government of Martine, Jinto's motherland, resisted obstinately against the Empire. Meanwhile, the First Devastation Fleet, formed with a new ship type called Attack Vessel, traveled to the Hyde System for drilling practices...

A compilation of the Seikai no Senki II series with additional footage. The Abh star force won a decisive battle at Aptic Gate, completely breaking the counter offensive of the United Mankind fleet. Now a new operation has begun: Operation Hunter — seek and completely annihilate all of the remaining scattered fleet. Basroil, part of 4th fleet, was sent to the Lobnas system on an escort mission. Lafiel and Jinto were assigned to become acting governor/vice governor of the system and negotiate with the planet-side government to establish empire rule. But little did they know that that the Lobnas system is a prison planet of United Mankind and millions of prisoners are just about to start a rebellion to overwhelm the security forces detached there.

With both sides decimated by the first encounter, the lull in violence has provided enough time to build fleets massive enough to span the entire galaxy. Just before the Abh complete preparations for their conquest, however, the Alliance launches a pre-emptive strike, forcing them to take the defensive. Now in command of her own ship, Lafiel is assigned to the fleet as a destroyer captain, and eagerly awaits the opportunity to prove herself as a true Abriel. But when a new class of enemy ship appears on the front lines, the tides quickly turn for the worse. With her vessel now little more than cannon fodder, her dreams are turned into a desperate race for survival - can she and her crew survive amidst a battlefield of endless death and destruction?

Now, Jinto is entering the next phase of his training, and he is about to meet the first Abh in his life, the lovely Lafiel. However, Jinto is about to learn that there is more to her than meets the eye, and together they will have to fight for their very lives.

1917年の旧ロシア帝国、ロマノフ朝の最後の皇帝ニコライ2世が保有していた1,240トンもの金塊。その保有量は、当時としてはアメリカに次ぐ世界第2位を誇っていた。ところが、ロシア革命勃発直後に500トンもの金塊が流出していたのであった。ニューヨーク市立図書館でロマノフ朝に関する本を借りに来たルパンは、その本がニューヨークのスラム街で暮らすジュディという女のもとにあることを知る。同じくその本を狙うラッキーとビッグマウス・ジョーのコンビからの追撃を受け、本は奪われてしまったものの、本の最後のページに記された暗号を解読した結果、ルパンは金塊がテキサス州にある「バンク・オブ・リバティー」、別名「バンク・オブ・バンディッツ」の地下金庫に隠されていることをつきとめる。

ニューヨークのプラザホテルにG7の各国首脳が集まり、先の湾岸戦争によって崩壊した経済の立て直しを図るべく会議を始める。時同じ頃、ニューヨーク近代美術館にルパン三世からの犯行予告が届き、さっそく銭形警部がやってくるのだが、警備に呼ばれたニューヨーク市警察のやる気のない警察官ばかりたったの4人…あきれた銭形警部であったが、犯行予告の時間が迫っていたため、仕方なく4人の警察官と共にルパンに対することとなる。その頃、首脳会議では1人の老学者が経済立て直しの、ある案を説明していた。

この泥棒業界、折に触れて語り続けられている有名な謎…それがヘミングウェイ・ペーパーであった。アメリカ小説界の巨匠、アーネスト・ミラー・ヘミングウェイは、最後の冒険で膨大な財宝を発見し、それを小説に書こうとしたが、製作途中に自殺に見せかけて殺害され、原稿も持ち去られた…という噂がある。しかし、それを事実と証明する根拠は何処にも無かった。情報屋から地中海の「コルカカ島」に、ヘミングウェイ・ペーパーの隠された「パンドラの箱」がある事を聞き出したルパンは、ヘミングウェイの発見したとされる財宝を得るべく、パンドラの箱を開ける「黄金の鍵」を所有するドイツの没落貴族の元へと向かう。

Forty years after the events of the TV series, Remy Shimada, ex-pilot of the GoShogun, suffers a terrible accident while on her way to a meeting with her former robot-piloting comrades. While they rush to the hospital, Remy floats between life and death. She sees visions of her life when she was young, and stranger still, experiences a hallucination of being with her friends, all of them young again, in a mysterious city filled with hostile fanatics. Far from being the reunion Remy hoped for, a ghastly letter arrives for each member of the team that predicts their gruesome deaths. Slated to die in two days, both in reality and in her dream, Remy struggles to find a way out of the City of Fate, relying on the memories of her friends to see her through, even as they surround her death bed in the waking world.
