違法なストリート・レースの最中に衝突事故を起こして逮捕されたショーンは、少年院行きを免れるために軍人の父を頼って日本へ。言葉や文化の違いに戸惑いを感じながら高校生活を始めた彼は、留学生のトウィンキーに誘われ、ドリフト・レースが行われる深夜の立体パーキングに赴く。

ある日、エリックの家の隣に新しい住人が引っ越してきた。その家の子供デクスターはHIV感染者だという。始めは戸惑い、敬遠していたエリックだったが、やがてデクスターと心が通い合い、友情が芽生えてきた。そしてエリックは“彼の治療法を見つける”とデクスターを連れてあてどのない旅に出掛けるが……。

A mother and her two teenage sons move to a seemingly nice and quiet small coastal California town yet soon find out that it's overrun by bike gangs and vampires. A couple of teenage friends take it upon themselves to hunt down the vampires that they suspect of a few mysterious murders and restore peace and calm to their town.

ベトナム戦争集結から10年。ローズ大佐は、ベトナムで捕虜になった息子が必ず生きていると信じて、行方を探し続ける。ある日、一枚の航空写真から、息子がラオスの捕虜収容所に居ると推測。大佐はかつての息子の戦友達を集め、捕虜救出作戦を企てる。強い信頼と友情で結ばれた7人の男達が再びベトナムへと向かう。
