Tetsuya Takeuchi
略歴
Tetsuya Takeuchi (竹内 哲也, Takeuchi Tetsuya, 1976) is a Japanese animator, animation director, and character designer. He is sometimes credited under the name of 竹内 てつや (same reading).

敏腕映画プロデューサー・ポンポさんのもとで製作アシスタントをしているジーン。映画に心を奪われた彼は、観た映画をすべて記憶している映画通だ。映画を撮ることにも憧れていたが、自分には無理だと卑屈になる毎日。だが、ポンポさんに15秒CMの制作を任され、映画づくりに没頭する楽しさを知るのだった。 ある日、ジーンはポンポさんから次に制作する映画『MEISTER』の脚本を渡される。伝説の俳優の復帰作にして、頭がしびれるほど興奮する内容。大ヒットを確信するが……なんと、監督に指名されたのはCMが評価されたジーンだった！ ポンポさんの目利きにかなった新人女優をヒロインに迎え、波瀾万丈の撮影が始まろうとしていた。

郊外の町に暮らすちょっと大人びた小学4年生アオヤマ君。その日一日、発見したことをノートに記録し、気になったことは徹底的に研究する彼は、気さくで胸が大きくてミステリアスな歯科医院の“お姉さん”の研究を続けていた。そんなある日、町にペンギンが次々と現われ、どこかへと消える奇妙な事件が起きる。この謎について調査を開始したアオヤマ君は、“お姉さん”が投げたコーラの缶がペンギンに変わる様子を目撃する。

全校生徒が、街から転校して来た小山夏紀を入れてもわずか5人しかいない村川村の小学校に通う、夏紀、周、康二、倫子、清は、行方不明になったうさぎのぴょん吉を探すために裏山へ。5人は、巨大なミステリーサークルとケガをした一匹の犬に出遭うが、それは犬ではなく、惑星プラネット・ワンからやって来た宇宙人だっだ。
