石ノ森学園中学校に転校してきた中学3年生のアリスこと有栖川徹子は、1年前に「ユダが、4人のユダに殺された」という3年1組に関するうわさを耳にする。彼女は自分の家の隣の屋敷が「花屋敷」と呼ばれ、この辺りの中学生たちを怖がらせていることも知る。隣家の住人のハナならユダについて何か知っていると聞かされたアリスは、花屋敷へ足を運ぶ。
