In the midst of a bad economy, Yokoyama, the vice president of Taiyo Real Estate, launches a plan to cut back on his labor force. Fifty employees are segregated into a special assignment division and given an ultimatum: meet a sales goal of 1.5 billion yen within three months or be fired. Spiteful of their unjust treatment, two men, Shinoda and Takigawa, take up the battle against the ruthless Yokoyama.

戦時下の昭和19年に富山に疎開した東京の少年と地元の少年の友情と葛藤を描いたドラマ。柏原兵三の小説を藤子不二雄Aが漫画化、これを篠田正浩監督が映画化した。昭和19年10月、戦局が悪化の一途を辿る中、東京の小学5年生だった風間進二は、富山に縁故疎開することになった。ひ弱な優等生タイプの進二は学校ではよそ者扱いを受ける。そんな進二にガキ大将の武が近づいてきた。徐々に打ち解ける二人だったが、権力を誇示する武は学校では進二に冷たく接するのだった……。
「男はつらいよ」シリーズ第40作。信州小諸、駅前で知り合ったお婆さん（鈴木光枝）の家に泊まり、昔語りを聞く寅さん。翌朝、医師・原田真知子（三田佳子）が、お婆さんを病院に入院させるためにやってくる。重病のお婆さんは、寅さんの説得でなんとか入院し、真知子は寅さんを御礼にと家に招待する。くるまやに帰った寅さんは、満男の大学受験の下見ということで、真知子の姪・由紀（三田寛子）を早稲田大学に訪ねる。さらに真知子も息子に会うために東京へ。寅さんにとって幸福な日々となる。

華蔵寺で暮らす石立うたは、二年前に家族を失い自殺を図ったところを、住職の懐海に助けられ、後妻として迎えられた。懐海のひとり息子の昌夫は、夜ごとに繰り返される実父と義母との情交を覗き見て、うたへの想いを募らせていた。また、うたが救助されたときに立ち会った村井警部補も、彼女の肉体に魅せられていた。やがて昌夫とうたは密会し愛し合うようになるが、懐海が二人の密会場所で殺害されてしまう。二人が愛し合っていることを知った村井は、うたを問い詰めるのだが…。
Fictionalized account of 20-year-old Noriko Tsuji, a real-life victim of a severe birth defect which afflicted 8,000 Japanese, children whose mothers took the sedative thalidomide during pregnancy. Tsuji has stunted flipper-like arms amputated at the behest of a father who deserted her soon after her birth. Nonetheless, the resourceful Noriko uses her feet to accomplish most of the tasks others would do with their hands.
Oyone
坂の下の千代松、通称・チョロ松。職業はアプローチ屋、つまりセックス仲介のインチキ稼業をしている若者である。チョロ松は、兄ちゃんと呼ぶ梅吉とコンビを組み、この稼業をしている。二人は、竹子が経営する赤ちょうちんの二階に住んでいるが、ここには向島の捨て児寺に捨てられた少年少女たちも一緒に暮しており、血縁なき者同志が一家を構成していた。
A hunchbacked caretaker presides over a forlorn mansion inhabited by the ghosts of his previous masters. An unbelieving trio (a doctor, his assistant and his niece) fail to heed the caretaker's warnings and are slaughtered horribly by the jealous occupants.
