尼崎の藤波組では二代目の急死により霊代の加奈江が事実上の統率をしていた。加奈江には妹の頼子と、雅美、直也という二人の子供がおり、頼子の夫は現在拘留中の若頭・松岡、雅美の夫・宗田は本部長、そして直也は最近組を興し藤竜会の会長になっていた。松岡が出所となり、加奈江は三代目に松岡を立て、二代目霊代からひこうとしていたが、その矢先に松岡は射殺されてしまう。
