海に生き、海を守り、海を往く―― それがブルーマーメイド! 海の安全を守る職業「ブルーマーメイド」に憧れ、横須賀女子海洋学校に入学した岬 明乃は航洋艦「晴風」の艦長に任命され、クラスのメンバーと共に海洋実習に参加する。 艦を動かし、目的地へと向かうだけの安全な航海のはずが、彼女たちを待ち受けていたのは、数々の危機。教員艦からの突然の発砲、 暴走する他学生艦との戦闘、救難船の救護活動など、数々の困難を辛くも乗り越え、無事に陸に帰還したことで、メンバー同士の間に固い絆が結ばれた。 その騒動から1ヶ月後、テスト休みを満喫する晴風メンバーに新たな危機ピンチが訪れる。 それは晴風クラスが解体されるというもの。晴風メンバーは、動揺しながらも再び一丸となり、クラスの解体を阻止したことで、絆をより深めていくのだった。 そして、晴風クラス解体危機から3ヶ月── 横須賀では、呉・舞鶴・佐世保を含めた全女子海洋学校の生徒が一堂に会し文化祭と体育祭を行う「競闘遊戯会」が開催され、 明乃たち晴風クラスのメンバーも歓迎祭の準備に追われていた。 大和・信濃・紀伊など超大型艦のクラスも集い、 様々な演し物や競技で賑わう中、彼女たちに 新たな危機が迫っていた……!

Hina Satou is a 13-year-old who loves figure skating and lives in a port town in Miyagi Prefecture. After losing her mother in the 2011 earthquake, she and her father are currently living in temporary housing. With sad memories of the earthquake and memories of a gentle mother, the cheerful Hina continues to move toward her dreams.

戦争の影響で人々は地上に住むことが困難になり、星も見えない世界。かつて“屑屋”と名乗っていた男は“星屋”と名を変え、地下で生活する人々に星の美しさを伝えている。また、彼に敬意を払う人々には“星の人”と呼ばれていた。そんな世界を旅する星の人には、ある心残りがあった。旅の途中で3人の少年少女に出会った星の人は、かつて知り合ったロボットの少女と、彼女と出会った“封印都市”のことを思い出す。
