ウインターカップで誠凛高校が全国制覇を成し遂げてから数ヶ月後—。2年生になった黒子テツヤたちが夏を終える頃、アメリカからストリートバスケットボールチーム「Jabberwock」が来日した。彼らは親善試合でハイレベルな実力を見せつけたが、同時に日本のプレイヤーたちを見下し嘲笑う姿で観客を騒然とさせる。今回の来日イベントに関わっていた相田景虎は、その態度に激怒しリベンジマッチを宣言。「Jabberwock」に対抗できる最強メンバーとして、黒子と火神、そして「キセキの世代」を集め、今回限りのドリームチーム「VORPAL SWORDS」を結成する！
