五十嵐一輝、大二、さくらの三兄妹は五十嵐元太と五十嵐幸実に幸実の誕生日祝いとして温泉旅行をプレゼントするが、その旅客機がアヅマ率いる一団によってハイジャックされる。五十嵐三兄妹は両親と乗客を救うために、旅客機が着陸した、かつて科学研究施設ノアが非人道的な実験を行った施設があり、現在は閉鎖された禁断の場所である「エリア666（トリプルシックス）」に向かう。

Mari is a female university student. She takes part in an experiment held by popular VTuber Sophia. When Mari arrives at the place where the experiment is to be held, she notices the place looks like a prison. 12 people participate in the experiment and they are assigned roles of prisoners and prison officers. The experiment takes place over 7 days. Mari is assigned the role of a prison officer. The experiment turns violent.

Toru Nakanishi is in his third year at a university. He lies to his ex-girlfriend Mami Higashiyama that he is trying to get a job at a top advertising agency.

Taking place after the end of the series, Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger Returns will focus on Zyumans and humans peacefully co-exist on Earth. It is then decided that they'll have a battle to determine who will rule the Earth, but a real danger lurks in the shadows.

山中でキャンプを満喫していた動物戦隊ジュウオウジャーの前に5人の色とりどりの忍者が現れた。その忍者は、かつて牙鬼軍団と戦った手裏剣戦隊ニンニンジャーの初期メンバーだった。ニンニンジャーは、ジュウオウジャーを妖怪呼ばわりし、攻撃を仕掛ける。ジュウオウジャーも変身し、応戦する。 激突する風切大和 / ジュウオウイーグルと伊賀崎天晴 / アカニンジャーの前に天晴の息子を名乗る一人の少年、伊賀崎快晴と出会う。 ニンニンジャーは、ルンルンという異生物に寄り添っており、ルンルンに「正義のフリをして、自分の一族を殺したジュウオウジャーを倒して欲しい」と頼まれていた。天晴以外のニンニンジャーは、ジュウオウジャーを倒すために門藤操/ジュウオウザワールドを捕まえ、囮にしようとする。同じ頃、ニンニンジャーに苛立ちを募らすジューマンのみのジュウオウジャーは、偶然出会ったキンジ・タキガワ/スターニンジャーを捕まえる。

Step right up, everybody, the Space Circus Troupe is in town! Their ringleader, Domidoll, wants to turn all Zyumen evil and have them join his circus. However, the Zyuohgers won’t let him! Can the Zyuohgers protect everyone?

The Ninningers come across a new enemy, Dark Doctor Mavro, a remnant of the Shadow Line, who created his own, evil version of Aka Ninger serving under him by stealing the real Aka Ninger's Nintality, and because of it, Takaharu's life is now in danger. All hope seems lost until the Ninningers meet the ToQgers, who fought and defeated the Shadow Line in the past, and it's up to them to join forces in order to overcome this new crisis.
