東京へ旅行にやってきたのどかたち「ヒーリングっど♥プリキュア」の4人とヒーリングアニマルたち。東京では心に思い描いた夢を現実にうつし出す新発明「ゆめアール」が大流行していた。のどかたちも早速「ゆめアール」によって夢であふれる東京を楽しむことに。「ゆめアール」のプリンセスとして大人気のカグヤとも仲良くなった4人は東京旅行を満喫していた。ところが、突然謎の敵「エゴエゴ」があらわれた！みんなの夢の力を奪ってしまう「エゴエゴ」。みんなの夢と狙われたカグヤを守るため、プリキュアに変身して戦う4人。そこに駆け付けたのは「Yes!プリキュア5GoGo!」の6人だった!!
