A series of interviews with notorious porno filmmaker Phil Prince, intercut with outtakes and behind-the-scenes footage from his best known films.

A cult leader called "The Confessor" hears confessions from rape victims, "cleanses" the female ones with sex and then arranges for all victims and sometimes himself to rape their own male or female rapists.

A woman who has accidentally come into possession of an ancient Chinese manuscript is kidnapped by a gang trying to find the manuscript, and when she refuses to tell where it is, she is tortured, raped and forced to perform in a B&D/S&M sex show.

After a young man marries, he starts having hallucinations that he is the Marquis De Sade. He begins having nightmares that he is attending deviant S&M orgies, where he engages in whippings, piercings and other degradations against women, and ending with his tying up and strangling his new wife. Terrified of these images, he turns to a doctor who specializes in these problems, but he doesn't know that the doctor has her own kind of "treatment" in mind for him.

Phil Prince speaks directly to you, the viewer. Clad in a barber's coat and frayed bell bottom jeans, he plays a psychiatrist who dispenses sexual healing to those who need his help. Phil presents four case studies of sexual obsessions. George Payne plays a silver haired man with familial problems, which he solves by giving elfin submissives Ambrosia Fox and Velvet Summers sassy spankings. The female dominance angle is harnessed by Cheri Champagne, who gives the long suffering Alan "Spike" Adrian a wicked session.

Four young women recall their freakiest sexual experiences, and in flashbacks we see them all.
