A special forces veteran, an uptight property developer, an influencer with half a million followers and an incompetent instructor are thrown together on a high-end fear of flying course. The course's final challenge is an experience flight from London to Iceland, which ends up being a horrendous ordeal. Lost in Iceland, freezing and terrified, they must find a way of facing their fears and working together to spread their wings... and fly.

Saga gets hit by a fierce epileptic attack walking in a public park with her six-year-old son resulting in a total memory loss. Afraid of being considered unable to take care of her son, Saga attempts to hide her state from others and occupies herself digging for the answers she needs from within. As she struggles to gather bits and pieces from her forgotten life, repressed memories that Saga unconsciously blocked as a child suddenly start to come back, revealing a painful truth about herself and her past.

A 12-year-old boy known as Rabbit grows up in a marginalised world. His violent father is working at the border patrol. Rabbit looks up to his friend and partner in crime who is a migrant trying to cross the border in search of a better life. When the boy disappears without a trace, Rabbit envies him, he feels abandoned. In winter Rabbit goes on a hunting trip with his family. In the wild isolated landscape, “their territory”, they feel at home. When a stranger looms up in the distance, fate strikes unexpectedly, tragedy erupts, shattering lives irrevocably. Delusions become a driving force in their lives, creating great inner tension and distress. Eventually Rabbit will be caught. Confused in an ultimate attempt to overcome the violent event the father decides to flee his familiar surroundings by crossing his own boundaries: he becomes a stranger himself.
