お隣同士となった夫婦と若者の壮絶バトル描くコメディ作品。セス・ローゲンが製作と主演を務めている。静かな住宅街へ引っ越してきたマックとケリーは、幼い娘と一緒に穏やかな日々を過ごしていた。ところがある日、隣に男子学生たちが引っ越してくる。平穏な生活が乱されることを危惧し、リーダーの学生テディにこれ以上の騒動はやめるように夫婦は進言、テディも了承するが、何があっても警察への通報はやめることを条件に出される。しかしテディらは夫婦の忠告も空しく、さらに騒々しさを増してパーティーを繰り広げる始末。腹を立てたマックは警察に通報してしまうのだが、今度はテディら若者たちが夫婦に対し嫌がらせを繰り返し始め…。
