休暇で秘境のビーチに来た医者のナンシー（ブレイク・ライヴリー）は、サーフィンを楽しんでいた最中に脚を負傷する。何とか近くの岩場にたどり着いたものの、ナンシーの存在に気が付いたサメが周囲を旋回していた。海岸までおよそ200メートルだが、その岩場が満潮で海面下に沈むまであと100分。危機的な状況に追い込まれたナンシーは……。
