姉とのケンカが原因で一人暮らしをすることになった美大生のユイ(新垣結衣)だったが、期待と不安がいっぱいの初めての一人暮らしは好調なスタートとはいかなかった。そんなユイに、元の部屋の新しい住人アツコ(菊地凛子)や、バイト先で知り合った物静かなタカシ(松田龍平)らとの出会いが訪れる。
