アラジンとジャスミンの結婚式が行われることになり、砂漠の都アグラバーは興奮に沸き立っていた。だが、新郎新婦が誓いの言葉を交わそうとしたまさにその時、カシーム率いる盗賊団が式を台無しにしてしまう。一団は幻の秘宝“ミダスの手”を探すため、王宮に保管された“お告げの杖”を奪おうとしていたのだ。盗賊団に立ち向かうアラジンだったが、やがて盗賊王カシームが幼い頃生き別れた父親であることが分かってしまうのであった。

再び熱く燃えあがる砂漠の都アグラバー。ランプの精ジーニーに変身し、アラジンによってランプに閉じ込められた邪悪な右大臣ジャファーを盗賊アビス・マルがランプから呼び出してしまう。よりパワーアップしたジャファーは、盗賊たちを引き連れて、アラジンへの復讐を開始する。翼のある馬にまたがったジャファーたちの不気味な黒い影。大地は裂け、赤く煮えたぎった溶岩がアラジンたちを、のみ込もうとパックリ口を開けて待ち受ける。
