Documentary that follows events after the fall of Slobodan Milosevic, while looking back on the previous fifteen years, tracing his rise to power. Personal testimony alternates with analysis of a disintegrating society.

1941年、ナチスに侵攻されたセルビア。パルチザンのマルコ（ミキ・マノイロヴィッチ）は地下室に弟のイヴァン（スラヴコ・スティマチ）や仲間のクロ（ラザル・リストフスキー）らをかくまい、武器を製造させることにする。英雄となったマルコは地下生活を続ける仲間たちには第2次世界大戦が続いていると思い込ませる一方、新政府の重要人物としてのし上がっていくが……。

A "wedding of the century", as Yugoslavian press of the time called it, took place on February 19, 1995 when Željko Ražnatović 'Arkan', a Serbian war criminal, married Svetlana 'Ceca' Ražnatović, the most popular folk singer in the country. The wedding was released on VHS.
