寂しがり屋のくせに強がる面倒くさいヒーロー、バットマン。そんな彼のもとに、バットマンに憧れるロビンこと少年ディックがやってくる。ロビンのせいでペースを乱されるバットマンだったが、さらにそこへ、宿敵ジョーカーが宇宙に閉じ込められていた悪者たちを脱走させ、ゴッサムシティを混乱に陥れる事態が発生。街のピンチを救うため、凸凹コンビのバットマン＆ロビンは立ち上がるのだが……。
