暴力団の内部抗争に巻き込まれ、6歳の時に、目の前で親を殺された少女・一光は、“黒の天使”と呼ばれた女ヒットマン魔世に助けられ、アメリカへ逃亡する。そこで銃と格闘技の腕を磨いた一光は美しく成長して、もう一人の“黒の天使”となり、復讐を心に秘め東京へ舞い戻ってきた。やがて一光は、自分の父の跡目を継いで今や黒社会を牛耳る野木に敢然と立ち向かう。
