ここはDMC(ダーク・ミート・シティ)、犯罪者と貧乏人の吹き溜まり。この街に生まれ育ったアンジェリーノ・通称“リノ”は、ガイコツ頭の親友ヴィンスとボロアパートの一室に同居中。バカで臆病な友達のウィリーも交え、３人で毎日つるんでダラダラ過ごしているが、将来の見通しはない。そんなとき、リノの残念な人生を一変させる出来事が立て続けに起こる。まず、天使のような美少女ルナにひと目惚れ。直後に遭った交通事故のせいで、人間のなかに混じった奇怪な存在の幻覚を見るようになる。さらに、謎の黒服集団や武装警官に命を狙われ、街じゅうを逃げ回る羽目に。ついに絶体絶命の危機に陥ったとき、リノはスーパーパワーに目覚め、あっという間に追手どもを血祭りに上げる！そんなとき、リノは思いがけないところでルナと再会。しかし、それは残酷な罠だった-。
