Film set on the 8th of November 1941, the day the Albanian Communist Party was founded.

Two courtiers of king Zog are recruited by foreign agencies and come illegally in Albania. However, they get caught and interrogated, so the plans of the foreign agencies are thwarted.
Harizi
Harizi lives in the town of Ksamil. His cousin Seferi goes to live there too, but after a while, shows signs of laziness and tries to falsify his reports. Hariz must find the force to expose his cousin's behavior.
Azemi
Besim does not like his stepfather Ahmet. He abandons school and commits some mistakes, but with help from his friends, he returns to living a normal and healthy life.

The year is 1941, World War II is going on. Vaso returns to his village, helping the revolt of the villagers against the enemy. Marko, his brother, wants to get revenge against the people who took his fiancée. This revenge becomes part of the overall revolt.
