A detective story that shows the activities of a popular cameraman who accidentally set foot in the detective business in stylish images. The director is Mitsuo Shindo, who has directed promotional videos, and this is his feature film debut.
Art Direction
WINGS OF LIGHT "THE GATES OF HEAVEN" TOUR（ウイングス・オブ・ライト・ザ・ゲート・オブ・ヘブン・ツアー）は、松任谷由実のライブビデオ。1990年12月4日から1991年4月28日にかけ、14会場で全34公演を開催した「CONCERT TOUR 天国のドア（THE GATES OF HEAVEN）」から、1991年3月3日から3月6日に行われた大阪城ホール公演を収録している。アメリカ合衆国の映像制作会社プロパガンダ・フィルムズによって撮影された。キャッチコピーは、「扉は開かれた」。
Animation Director
A devil-girl with the face of an angel and a heart of gold, blond Betty falls in love with an earthbound gangster, Danpei Kimogawa, when they meet in a rainstorm. They end up living together in a Tokyo highrise apartment, though Danpei has trouble coping with his new witch and demon in-laws dropping in at inopportune moments. Betty has actually been sent to the human world on a mission to defeat the demon Lutan. While Betty continues her task, her skeletal grandmother sends nubile nymphs to tempt Danpei and see if he is suitable husband material. Based on the manga Mamonogatari itoshi no beti.

時は現代、ここは東京。街の犬たちに追われ突然幸太の家に紛れ込んだ１匹の野良犬は、ワンサと名づけられた。自由奔放に生きてきたワンサにとって鎖につながれた生活は、苦痛そのもの。ママや姉さんに怒られ、しつけに手を焼いた幸太はワンサを手放すが、別れた時ふたりはお互いが必要なことを知った。こうしてワンサは幸太の家族になり、街の犬たちとも仲良しになるのだった。
