Kawamura Shunsuke works for a real estate company. He is usually first at first when it comes to sales. He is respected by his boss and colleagues. Kawamura Shunsuke is also set to marry the daughter of the CEO of his company. His life is going great by every metric one can think of. On the day before his wedding, his colleagues hold a surprise party for him. On his way home from the party, Kawamura Shunsuke falls into a deep manhole. When he wakes up, it is late at night and he struggles to get out of the manhole. His wedding is also fast approaching.

A man is caught on live national TV naked and drunk in the middle of the sacred Namahage festival, where men dressed in ogre-like costumes visit homes to scare kids into behaving during the next year. Tasuku, a young father, is ostracized for shaming the village and its tradition and flees to Tokyo alone. Two years later, he returns to his hometown to make it up to his ex-wife and their little daughter, only to find himself faced with a very difficult situation.

全国で若者たちが学生運動を起こしていた混沌の1969年。仙台に暮らす女子高校生の響子は、親友レイコたちと時代に流されながら制服廃止闘争委員会を結成、学校を相手に革命闘争を行なっていた。そんなある日、彼女はレイコに連られ、クラシックが流れる喫茶店“無伴奏”に初めて足を踏み入れる。そこで彼女は大学生の渉と祐之介、同じ高校生のエマと出会う。彼らと意気投合した響子は席が隣になった渉に好意を抱く。

東日本大震災の混乱が続く、2011年の日本。原子力関連部品のデータが、某大学の施設から盗み出される事件が発生する。警視庁公安部外事課の住本（渡部篤郎）は、不正輸出にかかわっているとマークしていた奥田交易の社長夫人・果織（真木よう子）の経歴や行動パターンを調査。彼女を協力者として取り込む住本だったが、何者かに刺されてしまう。やがて、その襲撃が日本にひそんでいる韓国人工作員から警告であることが判明する。

Seeking to exact revenge upon Yoji, Yukio travels to an area surrounded by the sea, desert and lava topped mountains. There, Yukio meets mysterious Rika and becomes enchanted by her presence. While, Yukio can't get Rika out of his mind, he faces off against Masakazu, a former subordinate of Yoji, and a detective chasing Rika.

Oda is a cowardly and boring man, his only redeeming feature being his diligence. He continues to live with his wife, Ayane, but they can't seem to produce children and are troubled as to whether their relationship will survive. One evening Oda returns home to find a pair of blue toy handcuffs hanging on the doorknocker. Using them, Oda humiliates Ayane. Although bewildered at first, Ayane begins to respond, and Oda becomes increasing excited as he sexually assaults her. In truth, the blue handcuffs were Ayane's contrivance. There was a time in the past when she used to reach climax...

The film tells the story of a Drive-In worker and a young tramp who has been left alone by her boyfriend somewhere in Hokkaido. Things seem to work out at the beginning but as time goes by the newly formed relationship between the tramp and the Drive-In worker starts to show the workers harmful will of possession, which finally leads to the somehow sad but also optimistically interpretable ending.
