あたるの通う友引高校は、本番を明日にひかえて文化祭の準備に大わらわ。だが、翌日になってもやはり文化祭の準備をしていた。実は同じ日を延々と繰り返していたのだ。事態に気付いた担任の温泉マークと養護教諭・サクラは原因を究明しようとみんなを下校させるが、無事帰り着けたのはあたるとラムだけだった。他のみんなは何度帰ろうとしても、友引高校に戻ってきてしまう。その間にも異変は起こり続け、ついに財閥の御曹司・面堂終太郎が自家用ハリアーを持ち出して空から現状を確認すると、なんとそこには友引町を甲羅に乗せて中空をさまよう、巨大な亀がいた。
