Elvira Diaz is a French-Chilean director, writer and editor she was born in 1975 in France. Her Chile father left his country just after the coup as a political refugee. "El patio" (2016) is her third documentary about the consequences of Pinochet's dictatorship on witnesses and victims' lifes. She's also the director of "Y volveré" and "Victor Jara N°2547" (both 2013)
