Marina and Victor are the only people left in a huge city, perhaps on the entire planet. After the heroes had somehow arranged their daily life, they were faced with a much more serious question - an existential one. How to revive humanity? Especially considering that they don't like each other.

Who doesn't dream of their own apartment, especially in the city center? The heroes of the film, two ordinary married couples, are no exception. However, on the way to their dream stands a cunning developer who, in return for hard earned money, gives a foundation pit for the house. Ordinary Russians do not want to put up with injustice and quite accidentally take the head of a construction company prisoner.

Every Saturday fireman Anton Kalashnikov welcomes his 14-year-old daughter Kira from the dance. TV, dumplings for dinner - a standard set of entertainment from a Saturday dad for a teenage girl. But on this day, everything went wrong. Kira rings the intercom, Kalashnikov opens the front door, but the girl does not go up to the apartment. Anton has to ask for help from his neighbors in a concrete box, breaking through human indifference and past grievances.

After celebrating his best friend birthday Anton has a terrible headache, doesn't remember anything and in addition must destroy some videos which can seriously compromise Anton's relationship with his girlfriend.

ロシアの首都モスクワに巨大な未確認飛行物体が飛来する。ビルをなぎ倒し、多数の死傷者を出して墜落した物体は、なんと宇宙人の巨大母船だった。宇宙人との初にして突然の遭遇に市民が戸惑う中、政府は戒厳令を敷き、事態の収拾を図る。一方、軍司令官の娘ユリアは、来訪した宇宙人の技術者ヘイコンと親しくなる。宇宙人排斥の機運が高まる中、ユリアはヘイコンらが故郷に戻るため必要な物体“シルク”の探索に協力することになる。
