逮捕歴26回、有罪2回と、修羅場をくぐり抜けてきた殺し屋ジミー（シルヴェスター・スタローン）。相棒の復讐（ふくしゅう）を遂げようと奔走していた彼は、やむを得ない状況から敵対するべき相手である刑事テイラー（サン・カン）と手を組むことになる。言葉よりも弾丸で全てを解決しようとするジミーと法と刑事の職務を順守するテイラーは、衝突を繰り返しながらも奇妙な絆を育んでいく。やがて、そんな彼らの前にマフィアや警察、冷酷非道な殺し屋キーガン（ジェイソン・モモア）が立ちはだかる。
