遊園地「アクション・ポイント」を経営するD.C.は、疎遠になっていた娘ブギーの訪問を受け、ここぞとばかりに父親らしい姿を見せようと張り切っていた。ところが、最新ライドを備えた遊園地が近所にオープンし、アクション・ポイントの経営は窮地に陥ってしまう。リスク覚悟でスリル満点な新アトラクションの開発に立ち上がったD.C.は、遊園地の立て直しと同時に父娘の絆も取り戻すべく奮闘するが……。
