世界大戦による核戦争後の近未来。暴力が支配する闇と混沌の世界の中、1800年の歴史を持つ究極の暗殺拳・北斗神拳の伝承者ケンシロウは、救世主と呼ばれる道を歩み出す。一方、北斗を離れた長兄のラオウは、武力と恐怖による支配こそ、この世界に新しい秩序をもたらすと信じ、ケンシロウとは真逆の道を歩き出していた。

Chihiro Tobe, 1988. "Michinori" is an independent 8mm film that amateurs made as a hobby while having fun. Hiroaki Kasai (25) (Koji Watanabe) works at a small town factory in the suburbs of Tokyo. He had a lover named Miyuki Oribe (21) (Toyomi Nonaka) who lives in Shimiya City, Iwate Prefecture. The two of them confirmed each other's feelings while supplementing the handicap of the distance of Tokyo-Iwate with letters and telephones.
