地球の中世時代のよう牧歌的な雰囲気をもつバクー人の惑星で調査活動を続けていたアンドロイドのデータ少佐に異変が起きた。実はバクー星は、基地も隊員もホログラム映像で偽装し、惑星連邦とソーナ人が共同で密かに観察していたのだ。誤作動が起こったデータはホログラムを解除、隊員達を人質にしてしまった。エンタープライズ号艦長ピカードはバクーに駆けつけ、ソーナ人のルアフォ総統に破壊されようとしていたデータを何とか回収した。ピカードはデータ誤作動の原因を解明していくうちに、バクー人の惑星は不老不死をもたらす特殊な放射線に包まれており、ゾーナ人が連邦のダワティ提督と共謀してバクー人を強制移住させ、永遠の若さの秘密を手に入れようと企んでいたことがわかった。この計画を阻止すべく、ピカードたちは連邦に逆らってでもこの惑星を守ることを決意、ゾーナの巨大戦艦2隻と戦いを繰り広げる。

Actually, it's Mom's way of trying to keep her little girl to herself, but new boyfriend Andy is having none of such nonsense. So the heat's on. Unfortunately it's Fluffy the cat who keeps getting caught in the middle.
