Ivan Ayr is an Indian filmmaker. His directorial debut ‘SONI’ competed for the Horizon's Award at the 75th Venice International Film Festival, the Sutherland Prize at BFI London Film Festival, and won the ‘Roberto Rossellini Award’ at Pingyao International Film Festival. In 2018, Ayr won a jury award in ‘Achievement in Direction’ at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in Brisbane, Australia.
