毎年スプリング・ブレイクには、町外から45000人以上の学生がやってくるビクトリア湖。例年は、酔っ払いの学生とそれに対する地元の老人からの苦情に悩まされていた町役場だったが、今年は湖に突如として発生した外来種の人食い魚の対応に迫られることになる……。
