秘密組織MIB所属のエージェントJとKは、日々異星人の取り締まり追われていた。長年コンビとしてやってきた2人だが、Kの単独捜査をいぶかしんだJは直接そのことを彼に問いただす。だが、本人は全然聞く耳を持たず何の情報提供もしてくれない。次の日、本部でJはKを捜していたが40年以上も前に死亡していたと聞く。
