大学からの友人である、ジンコ（宮崎あおい）と素子（安藤サクラ）。ある日、同じく大学時代の友人で、一人だけ地元で暮らしているミキ（吹石一恵）の妙なうわさを耳にする。それは、彼女が自分から海に飛び込んでおぼれたものの、助かったというものだった。ジンコたちは休みを合わせ、うわさの真相とミキの様子を確かめようと、彼女のいる町へと向かうことにする。ジンコが勤め先の図書館で出会った原木（忽那汐里）も運転手として加わり、一泊二日のスケジュールで車で旅をする三人だった。

Following the announcement of their dissolution five days earlier, Midori would hold their last performance on December 30th, 2010 at the Liquidroom in Tokyo, Japan. They performed 17 songs from their mini album “First” to their last album “Shinsekai”

Sayonara, Goto-san. is a recording of Midori's final show at Tokyo LIQUIDROOM on December 30, 2010, released on DVD on April 6, 2011.
