With extraordinary access to the candidate, his husband Chasten and member of the campaign team, the film follows Buttigieg from before he officially announced his candidacy, through the campaign and his victory in the Iowa Caucus and his appointment to the Biden Administration as the first LGBTQ Cabinet member in history.

秘密組織MIB所属のエージェントJとKは、日々異星人の取り締まり追われていた。長年コンビとしてやってきた2人だが、Kの単独捜査をいぶかしんだJは直接そのことを彼に問いただす。だが、本人は全然聞く耳を持たず何の情報提供もしてくれない。次の日、本部でJはKを捜していたが40年以上も前に死亡していたと聞く。
