そこは人間界から遠く離れた“サンタ”たちの世界。クリスマスまであと４日、サンタクロースとお手伝いのエルフたちは、人間の子供たちへのプレゼントの準備に大忙しだ。しかし、プレゼントを作っていた大勢のエルフたちが、一斉に倒れてしまったからさあ大変！エルフを治すのに必要なビタミンCを手に入れるため、寝ている子供たちにしか会ったことがない、大人嫌いのサンタクロースは渋々人間界に向かうのだが…！
