Fejria Deliba a débuté sur les planches avec Antoine Vitez. Elle fut l'une de "La Bande des quatre" de Jacques Rivette ou Zouina dans "Inch'allah dimanche" de Yamina Benguigui, remportant nombreux prix d'interprétation. Elle est L'Aziza dans le clip de Balavoine, ou la femme qui s'émancipe du poids des traditions pour Rachida Krim. À la télévison et au cinéma chez Jean-Claude Brisseau, Olivier Assayas, Sólveig Anspach, Mehdi Charef, Cédric Kahn, Olivier Ducastel et Jacques Martineau... Au côté de Leïla Bekhti, elle tourne pour Nora Hamdi ou Géraldine Nakache et Hervé Mimran dans "Tout ce qui brille..." Avec son court métrage "Le Petit chat est mort", présenté à Premiers Plans et de nombreuses fois primé, elle est la première à faire entrer Molière dans une cuisine de HLM !
