Three mellow fellows assemble to celebrate noviy god in a eastern eirope country. The post-soviet aroma is real evident in these regions. And this magnum fucking opus, a shrine of a film, if i may, manages to embody it marvelously.
Valmiera is a town in Latvia. Valmiera’s Boss’ favourite car has been stolen, and his cousin, who has been in charge of guarding it – shot. The toughest member of the Valmiera gang – Mārtiņš – has been ordered to deal with this mission in the rival town of Liepāja. Little does he know, that the initiator of this mess is right there within their own gang.
