Born from the ashes of the iconic punk band Ebba Grön, this documentary tells the story of Imperiet and their journey to become the leading star of the post-punk generation and one of Sweden's biggest rock bands. It's also the story of Sweden, at a time in which they took their firm position on the world stage and when political commitment from the artists was a necessity.

Himself
Rågsved, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. People, atmosphere, politics, football and punkrock. Revolving around the youth center "Oasen".
The band 'Ebba Grön' is on tour. They were the most successful punkband in Sweden at the time and tried to have a sort of hardline attitude. In one sequence they play one of their songs in a little country church. The song is called 'Häng Gud' (Hang God).
Bart, a gunslinger, dominates the territory. Then Willy wanders into town and falls in love with a prostitute named Rose. Bart chases Willy out of town but he returns with a group of men and shoot it out with Bart and his gang.
