Musical featuring members of Nogizaka46 as characters from the Sailor Moon manga and anime franchise. It is produced as part of the celebration surrounding the 25th Anniversary of Sailor Moon.

春、元美術部で運動音痴の主人公・東島旭は、二ツ坂高校へ入学する。 旭は１つ先輩の宮路真春と出会い、 その強さに憧れ”なぎなた部”入部を決意！ 同級生の八十村将子、紺野さくら、２年生の野上えり、大倉史乃と共に部活動をスタートしたが、 ”練習は楽で運動神経がなくても大丈夫”―そんな誘い文句とは真逆で稽古は過酷そのもの！ やがて3 年生にとって最後となるインターハイ予選を迎える。順調に勝ち進んだ二ツ坂だったが、決勝でダークホースの國陵高校に敗れてしまう。 なかでも國陵の1 年生エース・一堂寧々の強さは圧倒的だった。 野上新部長のもと再スタートを切った二ツ坂は、山奥の尼寺で僧侶・寿慶（江口のりこ）の厳しいしごきによる、地獄の夏合宿を経て一回り大きく成長し、挑んだ秋の大会。 再び二ツ坂の前に宿敵國陵高校と一堂寧々が立ちふさがる。そこで、二ツ坂にとってまさかの出来事が―。 真春は部活動に姿を見せなくなり、精神的支柱を失った二ツ坂はバラバラになってしまう。 そのとき、旭は･･････。物語はクライマックスへ向けて大きく動き出す―。
